The difference is that communists want to take your house because they think it’s unfair that you have a house. They think you don’t deserve to have your own property.
The bank takes your house because you failed to keep up payments on it. Due to your own failures and financial issues you haven’t satisfied the contract you signed when you started occupying the house.
Capitalism puts the onus on you to keep up payments. Communism doesn’t give you the choice.
